He is survived by: his sons, Thomas B. Kurtz of Superior and Gerald A. Kurtz of Superior; his grandchildren, Amanda Eastman (Nick), Travis Kurtz, Brayden Kurtz and Masen Kurtz; his great grandchild Hannah Eastman; and his siblings, Nancy, Karen, Judy, George, Bonnie, Ed, Ken, Mary and Lori.
