She was predeceased by: her parents, Alois Ebmer and Betty Ebmer (Hudson); her former spouse William'Bill'Sampson; her husband Bill; her daughters, Julie LaPorte and Debbie Sampson; and her brother Dennis Ebmer (Kathy) of Florida.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Middleton (Tom) and Ken Sampson; her grandchildren, Colten (Kristen), Chelsy, Chase, Conner Middleton, Trenton Sampson and Thomas Bierd; and her great grandchildren, Brian and Ava Sampson.
