He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Shacter and Barbara Edelstein Shacter; and his brothers, Mark Shacter (Kelli) of Burnsville, MN and Bradley Shacter (Irina) of San Jose, CA. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
