He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Madsen and Gale Madsen (Pierson); and his sister Jeanne Rae. He is survived by: his sons, Ryan Madsen (Jenna), Justin Madsen (Amber) of Minto, ND and Matthew Madsen (Maria); his grandchildren, Justin Jr., Maykala, Rylee, Logan, Tucker, Nathan, Tanner, Sophia and Emma; his great grandchild Fernanda; and his siblings, Butch Madsen (Kathy) of Rice Lake, WI, Bonnie Nikstad (Dick), Norman Madsen (Sue) of Cottage Grove, MN, Kay Peters and RaeAnn Edwards (Mike). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
