He is survived by: his wife Connie Molaski; his daughters, Emily Custer (Matthew) and Vivian Bergren; and his siblings, Tracy Homich (Bret), Ronna Rubel, Tari Holtz, Laurel Marvin (Ed), Michael Bergren, Lance Bergren and Mark Bergren (Marsha). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
