He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Randall and Jane Buckley (Hoppmann); and his father-in-law Robert Jarrett. He is survived by: his wife Vikki Jarrett; his daughter Emma; his sister Linda; his siblings-in-law, Sandy Dee, Suzan and Mark Petty; his mother-in-law Donna Jarrett; and his nieces, Sara Cox (Brett) and Kristin Ward (Tommy).

Memorials may be directed to UWS Athletics, Paul and Vikki Buckley Scholarship Fund through the UWS Foundation, or United Presbyterian Church.
