He is survived by: his children, Jeff Collins (Teri), Matt (Cindy), John Collins, Rob Collins (Denise) of Minneapolis, MN and Kelly Krivinchuck of Barnes, WI; and his siblings, Dennis Collins of Sturtevant, WI, Sherry Mackiewicz (Joe), Sandy Burham (Doug) of Minneapolis, MN and Kathy Reed (Kenneth). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
