With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nora J. Parenteau of Superior, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 24, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rex Slick and Olive Slick (Britton); her husband Robert Parenteau; and her siblings, Rex "Jim" Slick, Nelda St. George and Betsy Olson.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Lamphier (John) of Brookston, MN, Susan Van Vlack (Mark) of Ashland, WI and Joseph Parenteau (Gianna) of Iron River, WI; her grandchildren, Christina Madill (Bill), John R. (Nicole), Lamphier, Dawn Zifko (Jon), Mark Van Vlack Jr. (Lindsay), Brook Hoven (John) and Laura Olson (Zach); and her brother Neil Slick (Betty). She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
