He is survived by: his wife Mary Simzek of Superior, WI; his daughter Kacy Hack of New Richmond, WI; his brother Richard Hack (Carol) of Chico, CA; his siblings-in-law, Mike Simzek (Bonnie) of Superior, WI, Pat Simzek (Wendy) of Hugo, MN and Liz Mehling (Bob) of Duluth, MN; and his pet Norman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
