He is survived by: his children, Vicki Velin of DeSoto, WI, Michele Porter (Todd) of Missouri and Darren Velin of Superior, WI; his siblings, Karen Malia of Brooklyn Center, MN, Thomas Velin (Louise) and Paul Velin (Deborah) of Superior, WI; his former wife Linda Brow; and his nephews, Gunnar and Garth Velin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
