He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Jeffrey Johnson and Cynthia Baker (Randy) of New Enterprise, PA; his grandchildren, Paige Boone (Will), Justin, Jared Baker and Jordyn Rice; and his great grandchildren, Emerie, Henry and Ella.
