He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Yoder and Elizabeth Yoder (Selleck); his daughter Erica Chapman; and his siblings, David Yoder, Mary Yoder, Carol Berggren, Virginia Heytens and Shirley Willoughby.

He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Yoder; his son Brian Yoder; and his brother Don Yoder. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandson, and many nieces and nephews.
