She was predeceased by: her son Scott Holmes; her brothers, Herbert Breitzmann Jr. and Warner Breitzmann; and her husbands, Richard Holmes and Walter Urbaniak.
She is survived by : her children, Peggy Nelson of Superior, WI, Karen Johnson (Pat) of Superior, WI, Troy Holmes (Kari) of Superior, WI, Mary Kay "Suzee" Farmer (Joe) of Minnetonka, MN and Tad Holmes (Jill) of Madison, WI; her grandchildren, Lans Roeber, Jessica Arendas (Steve), Laina Latterner (Mike), Shay Farmer, Cory Nelson (Nicole), Kaylee Johnson, Cody Holmes (Jessica), Chase Holmes, Shane Holmes (Hannah) and Leah Halverson (Nic); her great grandchildren, Caleb Roeber, Lily, Joey Latterner, Shoshanna and Braxton Arendas; her siblings, Julie Breitzmann, Roger Breitzmann (Sandy) and Alan Breitzmann (Shelly); and her nieces and nephews, Sandra, Terri, Shelley and Tony Breitzmann.
