He is survived by: his children, Peggy Mullikin (Keith), Brian and Mark Tapper; his stepdaughters, Mary Bowman (Bob), Debbie Dolan (Tom) and Bettijo Marx; his siblings, Glenn Tapper and Vicky Thompson; and his daughter-in-law Natasha. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
