He is survived by: his children, Frank Miller of Muenster, IN, Marie Kyker (Rob) of Maple Grove, MN, Joann Bailey of Minnetonka, MN and Anne Miller-Larsen of Daytona Beach, FL; his grandchildren, Jason Sergott, Ashlee McCurdy, Dylan Kyker, Robbie Kyker, Missy Kyker, Jeni Miller, Niki Miller and Tony Larsen II; his great grandchildren, Parker, Bella, Ava, Brynley and Ruby; and the mother of his children Barbara Polarek. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
