He is survived by: his wife Arlene "Suzie" Balcer (DeBrock); his son Todd Balcer (Mary); his granddaughter Sara Balcer; his son Brian Balcer (Andrea) of Niceville, FL; his grandson Brandon Balcer; his great grandchild Bryson Balcer; his siblings, Linda Balcer and Richard Balcer (Cheryl); and his sisters-in-law, Judy Ford and Terry Ross (Jamie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
