JoAnne M. Wicklund Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of JoAnne M. Wicklund of Superior, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 7, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Nault and Rose Nault; her husband John Wicklund, Sr.; and her siblings, Eileen Gall, Patricia Bennett and Harry Ward.
She is survived by: her children, John Wicklund, Jr. (Colleen Tuura) of Superior, Jeff Wicklund (Chris) of Aurora, IL. and Val Neupert (Scott) of Oswego, IL.; her daughter-in-law Kim Knase; her grandchildren, Kaylie Jesperson (John), Justin Knase (Brooke), Jeremy Knase (Beth), Mason Ford, Paige Freese (Kyle), Krissa Wicklund (Alec), Coral Anderson, Cassandra Wicklund, Kean Wicklund, Heather Jebens (Mark), Brandon Hammond (Amber) and DJ Hammond (Brooke); her great grandchildren, Evan, Emma, Nolan, Ivy, Caleb, Kahlan and Brianne; her brother Richard'Dick'Ward; and her siblings-in-law, Dan Wicklund (Susan), Carl Wicklund and Kathy Wicklund. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cathedral of Christ the King Catholic Church (1111 Belknap St, Superior, WI 54880). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
