He is survived by: his wife Jacalyn Trout; his children, Emily Hammer (Keith) and Jeffrey Hofstedt Jr.; his stepchildren, Josiah Trout, Jessie Trout (Tony Schultz), Micah Trout (Robin), Nathan Trout (Mari), Sarah Rosha (Israel), Elizabeth Wasmund of Dennis, DJ, Howes Jr. and Hannah Howes; his stepmother Darlene Sloan; his grandchildren, Adam, Tyler, Lyric, Lydia, Maysun, Eli, Mariah, Samuel, Uriah, Rowan, Mario'Carter', Madison, Luca, MaKenna, Israel'Liam', Malik and Matthias; his great grandchild Raenah; his siblings, Bobby, Mike, Sheila, Denise, Daniel, Jacqueline and Kym; and his caregivers, Sue and Jean. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
