He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Brett (Saul) and Milton Brett; his wife Pauline Gruel of Mark's Lutheran Church; his children, Marylou Jones and Jeff Brett; and his siblings, Janice Johnson, Joanie Faris and Robert Brett.
He is survived by: his sons, David Brett, Gary Brett (Sundae) and Mike Brett (Kathy); and his sister Judy Smith. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
