He is survived by: his father Wynn Merrill; his wife Nicole; his children, Jackson, Jr. (Nessa), Jensen, Jase, Jaime and Kali; his granddaughter Blakelyn; his siblings, James Merrill, Erik Whiterabbit, Brian Haver, Susie Merrill and Annie; and his niece Arnella (Eugene Hart, Jr.). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
