He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Krisak and Shirley Krisak (Carter). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Krisak; his daughters, Lisa Martin (Joseph) of Duluth, MN and Tara Krisak (Lavy Vang); his grandchildren, Justine Martin (Ian Ross), Michael Martin, Joby Vang (Anna) and Whitney Vang; and his siblings, Judy Pearson (Henry), Susan Paine (Pete) and Dan Krisak (Karen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
