He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael O'Kash and Jane O'Kash (Welsh). He is survived by: his children, Jody Lynn O'Kash and Lisa Maureen Palmer (O'Kash); his grandchildren, Skye, Jade, Rosa Palmer, Laila Lisa Hasnaoui and Hakim Dean Hasnaoui; and his siblings, Robert O'Kash (Donna) and Sheryl O'Kash.
