David J. Olson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David J. Olson of Superior, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 30, 2025 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David J. Olson to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gethart Olson and Alma Olson (Pabst). He is survived by: his wife Gretchen Kelly; his children, Kevin Olson (Lynn) of South Range, WI, Darcy Moen (Brad) of Foxboro, WI and Brian Olson (Kathy) of Superior, WI; his grandchildren, Andrew Olson, Jeffrey Olson, Meara Moen, Aaron Moen, Paige Olson and Summer Olson; his sister Marcia Lally; and his brother-in-law John Vaski.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Pilgrim Lutheran Church (820 Belknap St, Superior, WI 54880). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
Should friends desire, memorials may be made in David's name to: The Humane Society of Douglas County, 138 Moccasin Mike Road in Superior; St. Francis Food Shelf; or St. Vincent de Paul, 1416 Cumming Avenue in Superior.
