He is survived by: his wife Donna; his sons, Kyle (Tuesday) and Ty (Tracy); his stepchildren, Keith Blake (Melissa), Kim Blake (Abbe) and Kris Blake (Chris); his grandchildren, Sierra and Zachary Johnson; his stepgrandchildren, Matthew, Brooke, Zachary Arenburg, Andrew, Marley and Keenan Peak; his siblings, Dennis (Mary), Debbie and Dave (Sherri); and his sisters-in-law, Carol MacLeod and Gail Wolkowski (Gordy).
