He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; his son Charles William McKenzie (Leslie Seltzer); his granddaughters, Imogen and Morgan of Verona, WI; his siblings, Mary McKenzie (late Douglas Steuber), John (Faye), Joe (late Monina) and Jean Watenphul (Steve) of Osseo, WI; and his close friend Ron Rico. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
