It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence Malcolm Scott Jr. of Superior, Wisconsin, born in Kirksville, Missouri, who passed away on October 30, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence M. Scott, and Grace M. Scott, Sr. (Williamson); his wife Eloise Scott (Johnson); his son Dr. Mark Peter Scott; and his brother Lance Scott.
He is survived by: his daughter Kristin McMurtry (John); his grandchildren, Kelsey McMurtry, Ryan McMurtry (Anna), Jessica Scott and Tamara Scott; his brothers, Richard Scott (Roseann) and Ronald Scott (Julie); his stepbrother Jim Call; his daughter-in-law Sonia Valdivia; and his friend Jan Biga. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.
Should friends desire, memorials can be made to the Essentia Health Foundation, the Duluth-Superior Symphony Orchestra, or Duluth-Superior Sailing and Power Squadron.
