He is survived by: his wife Becky; his children, Ashley Effinger (David Jones) and Ryan Matheson; the mother of his children Cindy Matheson; his grandchildren, Bennett Wilmot, Alaric Jones and Aurora Jones; his stepdaughters, Tracie Jo Barron (Jim), Stacie Mae Buchanan (Rick) and Kascie Lynn Granheim (Brady); his stepgrandchildren, Tyler Magnuson (Hope), Samantha Cummings (Danial), Amber Doane (Harrison), Sofia Lankimaki, Eugene Buchanan, Jake Gondik, Chase Gondik and Carly Granheim; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Amelia, Dominick, Melody, Danny, Owen, Tessa Jo and Chase; his brothers, Tad Matheson (Mary), Steve Matheson (Lisa) and Brian Matheson (Missy); his nieces and nephews, Jessica, Sarah, Kyle, Garrett, Nate, Christopher, Megan and Heather; his mother-in-law Marlene; and his sisters-in-law, Linda, Debra and Sharyl (Dave). He is also survived by many friends and family.
