She is survived by: her husband Richard Balcer; her children, Charleen Rowekamp (Troy), Chad Balcer and Shelley Brown (Stephen); and her grandchildren, Courtney and Sydney. She is also survived by her family and supporting her children's and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Cheryl's honor to the Humane Society of Douglas County.
