She was predeceased by: her son Richard Gustafson; and her significant other Tom Carlson. She is survived by: her family Betty Jane Guzzo; her children, Cathy Rihel (Mark), James Guzzo (Shannon), Steve and Greg Guzzo; her grandchildren, John, Ryan, Jason, Lance, Anthony, Jesse, Becky, Roxanne and Savannah; and her caregivers, Heather, Savannah, Sandy, Allie, Angela, Alyssa, Katelyn, Alana, KariAnne, Gina and Caitlynn.
