He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wagner and Ferndale Wagner (Vale); his wife Jeanne; his daughter Julie; and his sisters, Molly Mayer and Kay Zbigniewicz (Lee).

He is survived by: his sons, Randy (Juliene), Billy and Gregg (Vicki); and his siblings, Donna Nicholson (Bruce) and Chuck Wagner (Brenda). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
