It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilmer Ott (Sun Prairie, Wisconsin), who passed away on March 12, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leo Ott and Louisa Ott (Gross); his wife Virginia L. Stroede; his children, Jennifer Squires, Laurie Link (Darryl), Cynthia, Amy Link (David), Joseph Ott (Lisa) and Daniel Ott (Jean); his grandchildren, Christopher Coughlin (Courtney), Caitlin (Niels Peterson), Eric Coughlin (Abby), Matthew, Joshua Link, Emma, Riley Severson, Ryan, Adam Link, Samuel, Daniel, Chase, Tyler Ott, Kiersten and Hayden Ott; his stepgrandchildren, Jason Squires (Brenna), Tara (Todd Dobberfuhl), Abe, Isaac Glasbrenner, Olivia and Natalie Severson; his sister Caroline Noel; his son Christopher John; his son-in-law Gary Squires; and his siblings, Harold, Leon and Arlene Dohm. He was also cherished by many other relatives and friends.
