He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Dushack and Leontine Dushack (Breunig); and his brother Russell. He is survived by: his wife Cora Schomburg; and his sisters, Barbara Dushack of Sun Prairie, Rosemarie Behrens (James) of Muskego, Janice Haak of Madison, Dolores Dushack of Cottage Grove and Norma Dushack (Rick Maldonado) of Sun Prairie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Scared Hearts Church.
