She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Duschack and Ella Duschack (Breunig); her granddaughter Heather; her siblings, Bernice and Eugene; her nephew Chuck; and her son-in-law Scott.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Ashley, Trent, Seth, Connor, Kaitlyn, Nathan, Natalie, Pamela and Kelly; her great grandchildren, Alana and Porter; her children, Claire Jones (Dick), Kathleen Baumann (Scott), Michael Mellom (Dawn), Barbara Rullman (Jeff) and Heidi Anderson (Nick); her sister Elaine; and her brother-in-law Robert Weisensel.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Sacred Hearts School Endowment Fund or the Dane County Humane Society.
