We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2023, at the age of 94, Virgil Schroeder (Sun Prairie, Wisconsin), born in Plain, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Schroeder and Bertha Schroeder (Peetz); his wife Marvalene (Wopat); and his siblings, Oliver and Luella.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Schroeder (Roxanne) of Gothenburg, NE, Linda Finnegan (Pat) of Midlothian, VA, Dennis of Sun Prairie, Kathleen Skotzke (Martin) of Oregon, Theresa of Madison and James Schroeder (Sandra) of Sun Prairie; and his grandchildren, Casey, Elizabeth, Preston, Kimberly, Patrick, Ryan, Joseph, Chris and Leah. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials, can be made to the Sacred Hearts School Endowment Fund.
