With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vernon G. Suchomel of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 28, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Suchomel and Mathilda Suchomel (Benisch); his siblings, Leander, Roman, Rudy, Reinold, Frances Breunig, Cyrilla Deter, Cecilia Prosser, Agnes Webber and Florence Weber; and his children-in-law, Scott Mitchell and Carol Suchomel.

He is survived by: his wife Carol; and his children, Judy Mitchell, Sharon Ouimette (Rick), Cyndi Suchomel, Douglas (Renee), Gary (Jane), Dave (Sue), Jeff (Lisa) and Scott (Jaci). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 4 step grandchildren and 6 step great-grandchildren; and numerous extended family.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Sacred Hearts Building and Grounds or Agrace Hospice.
