With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Skinner (Sun Prairie, Wisconsin), born in Wausau, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 15, 2023 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thomas Skinner to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Skinner and Elvina Skinner (Weir); his wife Mary; and his siblings, James, Jean Ostlund and Marilyn Docksey.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Mott (Bill) of Middleton, Kathleen Fritz (Don) of Elmwood, Jean Skinner of Madison, Stephen Skinner of Madison and Rebecca Roessler (Wes) of Tomahawk; his grandchildren, Jim Mott (Jessica), Andrew Mott (Lindsey), David Mott, Jake Fritz (Katelyn), Kailey Schlageter (Scott), Walter Merlin, Grace Merlin (Roy), Jordan Roessler and McKenna Roessler; and his great grandchildren, Julian, Kieran and Emma. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
He spent many years volunteering in the community: he delivered meals for Meals on Wheels for the Colonial Club and drove people to medical appointments for RSVP.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Colonial Club or to Attic Angel Community "Employee Appreciation Fund".
