With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susan J. Cichocki (Sun Prairie, Wisconsin), born in Waukesha, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 10, 2019 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy and Alvie; and her siblings, Harold and Jeanne. She is survived by: her son Jan Cichocki (Lynn); her grandchildren, Aksel, Annika and Alisa; and her niece Rachael.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Susie to the University of Wisconsin Carbone Cancer Center.
