He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Breitenbach and Evelyn Breitenbach (Curtis); his siblings, Mark and Karen; and his foster brother Verdell.
He is survived by: his wife Ann; his daughter Amanda (Alex); his grandson Atlas; his daughter Stephanie (Kyle); his grandchildren, Tucker and Quinn; his siblings, Lynne (David), Kathy, Kurt (Laura) and Janet (Eric); and his friends, Rick, Deb, Jon, JoAnn, Victor, Paula, Wayne, Agnes, Diane, Chuck, Chris, Char, Brian, Matthias, Valeri, Brad, Jen, Julie, Tom, Bob and Linda.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the ALS Association. Donations made to family will be utilized to plant trees in Scott's memory.
