He was predeceased by: his son Jett. He is survived by: his parents, Alan Tanner and Dana Tanner; his son Jack James; his girlfriend Ashley Waydick; his brother Jacob; his grandfather Dick MacWilliams (Sandra); and his cousin Lindsay. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles.
In Lieu of flowers a memorial will be set up for Jack, memorials made out to Jacob Tanner may be mailed to any family member or the funeral home.
