He was predeceased by: his parents, Burien Talmadge Cook and Phyllis Mae Cook (Mead). He is survived by: his children, Jessica (David Kohlmeier) and B. T.; his grandchild Gabe; his wife Judy; his children, Jen Spredemann (Brian) and William; his sisters, Gloria Navarre (Dan), Kathleen Princeton (Earl Stone), Gail Cook and Brenda Paulson (Peter); and his grandchildren, Allie, Cameron, Megan and Gabriel.
