She was predeceased by: her son Tim; her husband Jerry (Jerry); and her parents, Raymond Simonar and Albina Simonar. She is survived by: her children, Todd, Ann and Nick; her family, Todd Vande Hei (Laura), Ann McIntyre (Rob) and Nick Vande Hei (Julie); her grandchildren, Jenny Hembree, Steven, Olivia Vande Hei, Andrew, Molly, Abigail McIntyre, Tillie, Mary Mae and Raymond Vande Hei; her great grandchildren, Levi, Jameson and Lukas Hembree; her brothers, Mike Simonar (Sue) and Tom Simonar (Bonnie); and her sisters-in-law, Doris Schoultz and Jean Bourgeois. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, & dear friends.
In Lieu of flowers, a donation in Patricia's name to the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary endowment fund would be appreciated.
