Orville M. Frank Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Orville M. Frank (Sun Prairie, Wisconsin), born in Fairchild, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 24, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Frank and Leila Frank (Wampole); his brother Donald; and his siblings-in-law, Arlis Larson, David Gladem, Russ Volkmann, Gary Dushack, David Dushack, Msgr Douglas Dushack, Phyllis Frank, Linda Dushack, Agnes Dushack, Brenda Dushack, Shirley Johnson and Judith Volkmann.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Dushack; his sons, Michael (Marci Ocker) and Matthew (Bridget Usilton) of Minnetonka, MN.; his grandson Nicholas of Pewaukee; his siblings, Ivan of Sun Prairie, Darlene Larson of Boscobel, Donna Bryans (George) of Fairfield Township, Ohio, Lavonne Held (Rick) of West Bend and Jerrilyn Sutter (Dennis) of Pardeeville; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Dushack (Dorothy), James Dushack, Dennis Dushack, Ernest Johnson, Linda Gladem and Donna Wells (Dan). He is also survived by aunt and many nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
Donations in Orville's memory may be made to any Alzheimer's Research Fund, or to St. Albert the Great Catholic Church, Sun Prairie, or to a charity of one's choice.
