He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Fitz" Fitzpatrick and Mary Jane Fitzpatrick (Sweeney); his sister Mona Nye (Ira); and his sister-in-law Judy Fitzpatrick. He is survived by: his adoptive daughter Adrianne Sundby (Shane, Sr.); his brother Patrick; his children, Colleen, Kelly and Kathleen; his sisters, Marie Bjork, Maureen Andreozzi (Ron) and Monica Arredondo (Eric); his nephew Andrew (Saralynn); his sister Molly Anicete (Florin); his nieces and nephews, Ashley and Christopher (Allison); his sister Margaret Klinger (Donald); his nieces, Adrienne Klinger (Scott Smail) and Talia Bongiovani; his uncles, Mike Fitzpatrick, Dave Morgan, Mann and Sweeney; and also, Parker and Shane Jr.. He is also survived by four great-nieces; seven great-nephews.
