He is survived by: his children, Jonah, Samuel, Gabrielle Hubanks (Kyle), Isaac, Caedmon, Naomi and Amariah; his nephew Jonathan Lund (Anna); his brothers, James (Bonnie), Gary, Greg (Amy) and Tom (Melissa); and his wife Christine Wild. He is also survived by many other nephews and nieces.
