She is survived by: her children, Steven (Christine), Brian, LuAnn Kranz (Thomas), Colleen Anacker and Mary Novak (Steven); her brother Francis Schmitt (Erna); and her sister-in-law Shirley Benish (Herb). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.
