She is survived by: her children, Cat, Rachel Jacobs of Lexington, KY and Jenni Jacobs (Sankar Gopalasubramanian) of Palatine, Illinois.; her pets, Ralphie of Matilda, TJ, Cupcake and Sputnik; her aunt Fran; her uncle Don Doran; and her parents-in-law, Richard, Martha (Carmel) of Arizona, Mike Smith of Arizona, Jim, Karen of Ohio, Ed, Theresa of Racine, WI, Leonor of West Virginia, Jean Dillon of Missouri and Jackie Martin of Madison, WI. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
