She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Schmidt and Lucille Schmidt (O'Neil); her siblings, Ronald Schmidt and Betty Jean Stafford (Chuck); and her siblings-in-law, Harland Schuh (Gloria), Alice Maney (Jack), Paul Staudinger, Eleanor Brunig (Don), Theresa Schuh and Kenneth Schuh.

She is survived by: her husband Donald L. Schuh; her children, Ellen M. Schuh, Donald E. Schuh and Laurie A. Kuether (Jay); her grandchildren, Megan Binger (Alex), Stephanie Ivan (Matthew), Nathan Kuether (Molly) and Adam Schuh; her great grandchildren, Leo Ivan, Miles and Graham Binger; her siblings, Edward Schmidt (Sandy), Danny Schmidt (Patti) and Nancy Klingeisen (John); and her siblings-in-law, Laverne Schmidt, Bernice Brochtrup (Ken), Corrine Staudinger, Florence Braun (Norb), Germaine Hoyer (Bill), Irene Nenahlo (John), Edward Schuh, Nancy Mathes and Leon Schuh (Carolyn). She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
