He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mahaney and Norma Mahaney (Yule); his brother Leslie Mahaney; his sister-in-law Sue Rinden; and his grandson Edward Dover.
He is survived by: his brother Les; his uncle Verlyn; his wife Kitty Rinden; his daughters, Michelle Dover (Peter), Maria Sergenian (Brian) and Elizabeth Shepardson; his stepdaughter Kelly Pearce; his grandchildren, Noah Shepardson, Adam Shepardson, Maximum Dover, William Sergenian, Henry Sergenian, Nick Graf, Haley Graf, Harrison Pearce and Claire Pearce; and his brother-in-law Jim Rinden. He is also survived by many relatives, cousins, and friends.
