He was predeceased by: his parents, Aloysius Maier and Shirley Maier (Meyer); and his brother James Maier (Ellen). He is survived by: his siblings, Philip Maier (Roseanne), Rose Benson (Steve) and Lucy Stuckey (Ted); his nephews, Thomas Maier (Jen), Cody, Skyler Stuckey and Tanner Maier; and his great-nephew Mason Maier.
