It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jason Poellot (Sun Prairie, Wisconsin), born in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 19, 2021, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, William Poellot and Marlene Poellot (Knuth); his wife Krista Poellot (Berggren); and his siblings, Tom Poellot (Sue), Brenda Chapman (Mike), David Poellot and Kylene Harris (Mark Zinke). He is also survived by his in-laws and many nieces, nephews and 2 great nieces.
